A nice local course. The conditions vary. Sometime the green are a mess, sometimes they are fine. Sometimes rain damage is repaired, sometime not. Sometime bridges and walkways are down etc. I find it a cheap alternative to more pricey locations. Not as nice, but a good value.

Not in good condition - very limited course irrigation, tee boxes like dirt patches but hard as a rock. Also, sand traps in bad condition with many large stones in them. Layout is not bad but there are a couple of places where "incoming' can be a problem. But it is cheap and they have a player's card which is a good deal. Clubhouse is fine and the food served is surprising good.
